I would first try to clean up the file (Object > Path > Clean Up)

Make tiny type visible (0,1 pt type)

Create a single artboard.

Rasterize complex layers  (like 86 Dokumentation allgemein)

How large are you exporting it?

Does the error appear immediately?

Please tell us the hardware specifications.

Turning off the layers one by one and then exporting PNG is not an option?

Rasterizing the 86 Dokumentation allgemein layer worked for me.
