Falsche Massangaben bei den Hilfslinien in Illustrator.

Seit Jahr kommt es immer wieder vor, dass die Massangaben bei den Hilfslinien falsch angezeigt werden. Wird der Nullpunkt an einen neuen Ort verschoben und nachher eine neue Hilfslinie gesetzt ist der voher gesetzte Nullpunkt an einem ganz anderen Ort und die Hilfslinie hat einen nicht zu gebrauchenden Wert. Weiss jemand eine Lösung?

After I was able to update to version 28.0.0 the error is fixed. Thanks anyway for your help.

Welche Maßangabe betrifft das? Die intelligenten Hilfslinien oder die Angaben im Transformieren-Bedienfeld? Wie weit ist der Wert daneben?

Es betrifft die ganz normalen Hilfslinien. Den Wert sehe ich im Statusbereich bei den x oder y Angaben. Wie weit der Wert daneben liegt kann ich nicht sagen da er willkürlich zu stande kommt. Wenn der Nullpunkt gesetzt wurde und eine neue Hilfslinie gezogen ist, verschiebt sich der Nullpunkt willkürlich.

Without further clarification (including some screenshots) it's rather hard to reproduce the issue.

 

Also, are you using global rulers or artboard rulers?
