File in Illustrator will not let me go to 150% zoom level

Has anyone ever had this issue before? A file I have been working on won't let me go to 150% zoom anymore. If I click it, it will automatically go to 200%. It was working just fine yesterday (3/7) and I'm not sure why it's happening now. I have an older version of the file from 3/4 and it's not having the problem.

You mean when you use the zoom in shortcut?

Nope, when I use the zoom tool in the bottom left. I did try the zoom shortcut after and it's still giving me that issue.

Just clicking with the zoom tool? With a mouse, trackpad, tablet?

Did you restart your machine?

I have restarted my machine. I'm using the zoom tool with my mouse. It's only happening on one Illustrator file, not any other one I have.
