File lost at end of free trail

My free trial ended. I paid for the program, but now I can not locate the file I was working on during the free trail. Is there a way to recover it?

We understand how frustrating it can be to lose important work. Would you mind trying to navigate to the Cloud Documents website (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) and checking if your files are available there? Also, try checking if you might have used a different account / Social Sign-in (Facebook/Google, etc.) when signing up for the trial and share your observations.
