I have been working on a file for the past few days. After sending to a client I recieved feedback that all layers and artboards are blank. Upon opening the file again, this seems to be true. The strange thing is the artboard previews show up in the recent files dialog, and the file itself is still 450mb in size.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me solve this issue please!

Hi @srllsm,
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with your file. I tried recovering the file, but unfortunately, I encountered an error message stating, "Illustrator could partially read this file." Have you tried saving the Illustrator file with
"Create PDF compatiable file" checked?
(First check box line under OPTIONS when saving)

At the current state this should not be tried as a solution of the problem.
This can be done when the file is fully and correctly opened with all the content.
But when you cannot correctly open the file, then also do not save it, because that will cement the issue.
