please help me, I don't know how to fixed the problems with Illustrator. Since I bought an official version, my files often get crashed, with no reason. And now I have some terribly crushed files, I even can't open them. I already tried all steps, that I found on Adobe web site. What could I do to fixed my crashed files and how to stope it?

If you had an unofficial version (aka pirated version) earlier, it may have left malware on your computer. 

Are you filling out the crash reports and including your Adobe ID? Adobe staff reads these.

Would you mind trying the suggestions in this help article (https://adobe.ly/3F8TxQF) and checking if they help with crashes?

Also, kindly share a link to the AID file(s) after uploading them to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc. so I can check them on my end. Although I cannot guarantee a successful recovery, I will try my best to do so.
