files lost after shared from fresco

I finished a complicated drawing for work in fresco and sent it to illustrator.  I thought had put the file in in my cloud folder but I could be mistaken.  I searched for the file and found the temp AI file in appdata\....\geminitemp but it wont open and the properties say the size is 0.  Is it gone forever or is there a way to recover it?  Im using a surface go3 if that matters (windows)

And you deleted that file from your iPad?

In Fresco, when you draw anything in your file, it gets automatically saved. There is no option *not* to save that file. This will only fail when Fresco makes a mistake. And of course your file will be gone when you choose to delete it from the iPad. So - did you?
