Fill problem

The first and the second shape are filling on outside and the third one I just can't fill it.

Looking at your file from yesterday, these are not closed shapes, they are lines. Starting from where you are now, the easiest way to get the fills you want would be to convert to Live Paint, and use the Live Paint Bucket. For future projects, it will be helpful to you to study how Illustrator works in terms of fills. 

On the left is what you need to get the fill you want - a closed shape. On the right is what you have - two separate paths that do not connect. Illustrator "sees' where each shape

Hi

Select one of the shapes and zoom in. Keeping it selected, show a screen shot that includes the Layers panel (showing the object) and the Appearance panel. Your Control panel is saying the Fill is black and the Stroke is None, so we have to see how you created it.

Also, what do you want to happen?
