font changes when i zoom in and out,

im using a font called megrim, when I type the letter S in caps it looks fine when I'm zoomed out, but as soon as I zoom in on the letter it changes to some sort of a warped s. expanding type doesn't work, it exports looking wrong as well. i've attached a video of it happening as well as screenshots of how the font looks when im zoomed in on it and after exporting it, and screenshots of how the capital S should look

I cannot reproduce the problem with the S in the Megrim font. Some things you can try:

• Copy and paste the text into a brand new Illustrator file. Or retype the text in a new Illustrator file.
• Try the alternate S (there are 2 of them)
• 
• Uninstall/reinstall the font (maybe with a fresh download because it may have gotten corrupt).

I'm currently having a similar problem. When zoomed in, the text line is perfectly normal, but when I zoom out the text shows an angling downward. It's not a problem, except that the saved image file produces the bad (zoomed out) version.

Any chance you found a solution?
