Font just swaps to another one

Hey there,

So since the new update, fonts just swap to the ones beforehand without me doing anything. Would love to know to to turn this stupid feature off. https://vimeo.com/1039643440/4a2027decf?ts=0&share=copy

ALSO. It happens quite often, that when outlining or ungrouping parts. Illustrator needs 5-10 seconds to do the job while mz mouse coursers travels weirdly. I have an m2 Max and tried re installing the whole system multiple times.

This is a bug in the general release. It's been fixed in beta:
