Font missing from Illustration

Hi, I have activated Copper plate Light in my Adobe fonts but Illustrator keeps telling me that I don't have this font. Please help.

Is any font management installed?

Does that happen with other fonts as well?

Did you check on the Adobe Fonts web site that the font is still activated?

Does it work in other apps?

Have you already tried logging out and logging into your account?

Hi Sarah,

Can we seee some screenshots of your font menu. Some versions of copperplate fall under "I" as is called "ITC Copperplate 33BC" Mine is here:

Can we see the files for copperplate you are loading, they may be old Type 1. What OS are you on?
