Yes. It will remain active as long as your subscription is active. You will not have access to it after your subscription ends.

It says that I was able to activate the font but it is not in my availablefonts list.--Michael Walsh
a couple of thoughts.
1) If you already had a font of the same name on your computer, a font conflict could cause neither of them to be available
2) When I have had an issue with Adobe fonts, sometimes deactivating and reactivating the problem font fixes it (at least temporarily)
is it not working? did you try activating a font?
