Is their a way for me to connect these dots? I like the font but I want it to be connected, is that possible? Or are their any fonts that are similar to this (that isnt dotted)?

I'm sure there's tons of similar handwriting fonts if only you look for them. Otherwise it would be a matter of re-creating it with tapered strokes rather than connecting anything.

Seach for Script fonts -- there are a lot of options. 

If you are hoping for readabilty, please don't use this sort of font in all caps. They are not designed to be used that way.
