I left some comments.

Please take these as constructive criticism. On the whole, your work could be improved if you:

  • improve your typography knowledge and control.
  • learn to use underlying layout grids and how to visually create connections between groups of content. The grid informs the content, and the content informs the grid.
  • execute with precision.
  • feel for space is quite good, but undirected, inconsistent, and uncontrolled.
  • have a reason for every single design decision and element that is added or removed. Design with intent. Avoid adding in anything that is visual fluff, or "because I felt it needed it". Your feeling is correct - but avoid placing or removing stuff without good reason. You should be able to provide a justification for everything you do in your design: if someone asks you "why did you use those colours" or "why did you place that element there" you should be able to readily answer these.
Approach each design as a problem statement that requires a clear answer with solid argumentation.

In short, you seem to mostly design by "feeling" your way around, in my opinion. At the moment --looking at your other work-- your potential and design work is stymied by a lack of control and limited rational design thinking.

If you instill some of that in your work, you will level up your design work to the next level and beyond!

Thank you so much for your constructive criticism. I appreciate it so much,
and I agree with everything you said. I don’t design with intent so I am
really going to take into consideration everything you said here and make
some changes. I don’t even know how to go about seeking the direction
though, how do I do that? --
Sincerely,

Here is a updated version of my brochure.
What do you think? I took the advice you gave me,
I worked with my grids, I tried to create a balance and contrast.
I recreated my logo because I stopped and did research and realized
that I like the color green because it signifies everything that I stand for,
as far as what I want to relate to my customer, as you stated,
What is my company about, it's about Hope, Growth, Freshness, and Prosperity.
I used different shades of green to give it more visual stimulation.
I hope you get this, and I want you to know that I am very appreciative
of the time you took to tell me what I needed to do to improve my design.
Like I said, you were so right, no direction whatsoever, I was designing
based on feeling with no intention. This helped me tremendously. Thank you
