Hello,

I’m facing an issue with Adobe Illustrator  the menu bar options stop working frequently, and I have to reset the Illustrator preference settings every time I launch the program. Please help me resolve this issue.

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
