Gaussian Blur not showing in Action set

I'm recording a new action set, but when doing the gaussian blur effect EFFECT > BLUR > GAUSSIAN BLUR it doesn't record. How can I add the effect in the Action set?

IMHO it by default. I can confirm that Ai do not record any raster effects.
