Generative recolor missing Illustrator 28.0

Hi! I don't have generative recolor in illustrator 28.0. Nor tab in recolor menu nether in "Edit - edit colors"
Here in community I found some cases when mashine restart solve it, but in my case it isn't working unfortunately 😞

Thanks for reaching out. Generative recolor & other Ai features are only available in countries where Adobe services are available. Countries where Adobe services are not available include Russia, Belarus, and China. In addition, Adobe services and products cannot be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.

and what about South Africa? I don't have access to any ai tools either and I'm running the latest Illustrator update on a MacBook Pro M1?

If you're unable to access AI tools in South Africa, it's possible that your administrator may have disabled these features. These settings can be managed from the backend. I recommend checking with your administrator to verify if AI tools are enabled for your account/ org.
