I saw someone using the new Generative Recolor function in illustrator. But when I download the beta version it's not there, Can someone pls help me install the function.

It is currently in the (27.7) English version only, which one do you have?

Which language is in the menu?
It should be in the Recolor artwork dialog box (not the Extended box)

Unless I missed something the feature isn't listed as a menu item. You should see a round pie-like icon on the upper toolbar. That will bring up the dialog box.

Generative Recolor is indeed available in both the latest beta and the public version of Adobe Illustrator. If you're not seeing it in your version, please ensure you have the most recent update installed.
Also, please confirm that you are using vector objects for recoloring & they are selected, as Generative Recolor does not work on raster-based images such as PNG or JPG files.
If you're still facing issues, would you mind providing more details about the version of Illustrator you are using, as well as the nature of the objects you are attempting to recolor? This will help us assist you more effectively.
