Grid noticable when snapping to grid

I've made several pixelated characters (crypto punks style) using individual squares snapping to a grid. However, when I export the images, you can still see the grid as the squares are not snapped nice and tight. See attached. This there a possible workaround solution to resolve this?

1. Which resolution did you export the image with?

2. What scale is used on your screenshot?

Are you working with points or pixels as units?

Do you export with Art Optimized as Anti-aliasing setting?
