Grids and Guides disappear when zooming or panning.

Illustrator — version 27.8.1

As mentioned in the title, grids, and guides disappear when zooming or panning.

Disabling GPU mode fixes the bug but makes the app sluggish. 

Had to revert back to version 27.5 to run everything smoothly again.
Please fix this issue.

Machine Spec:

Macbook pro m2 max.

MacOS Ventura 13.5.1

Looks fixed in 27.9

Edit: Panning works now in 27.9 but zooming unfortunately not.
