How do I group a bunch of text boxes together? so that I can move them around and resize them as one?
I just found a workaround... for some reason Illustrator doesn't give you the option to group text objects by right clicking and pressing group, but I found that it does allow you to group text by using the Group object hotkey (ctrl/cmd+g). Hope that helps!

If you're referring to what you see when using the Edit Text & Images tool, the answer is no.

This option is no longer available on the context menu. Any other suggestions? I found it to be hit miss. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. Usually when there is a shape involved in addition to the text.

Yep... Adding a shape makes it "Groupable" 🙂
