Guardado Illustrator 2024

Hola! Tengo Illustrator 2024 y cuando quiero guardar un PDF utilizando PDF/x-4: 2010, no tengo hablitada la opción (ni esa, ni x-3: 2002 /2003). Antes tenía la versión 2020 y me dejaba. Alguien puede ayudarme a solucionarlo? gracias!

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Could you please confirm if Illustrator behaves this way with all files or just a specific one? If it's the latter, could you share a sample file, so we can check it on our end?

How's your color management set up?

I looked it up and it was set up as Emular AI 6.0. Chaged it to "custome" and it worked. THANK YOU
