I'm having this problem with my Adobe Illustrator 2022 where I'm just stuck with the hand tool, that just happens inside the artwork. I installed it again and none of the other answers for similar problems worked for me, I'm panicking, please help!

Which version, which system?
It's not a hardware thing with the keyboard, no?
Do you have anyextension installed in the system that interferes with the keyboard?
Can you try and launch only Illustrator? No browser, no email, no remote control or sharing? Best to do after a computer reboot. Does it work then?
