This will force itself open and ask me this question on repeat. I've gone through a full clean of adobe products, manually and using the tool, but this just keeps popping up. even if i select any of the options, it'll just keep popping up. is there anyway to resolve this?

I've moved my install location from the C drive to a larger driver on my computer which i assume is the issue, but it doesnt make sense that this would show up still. please help it's driving me crazy!

What win version are you running? Keep your apps & win system software on same drive, and remap that to letter C. That will give you themsot stable install now and in the future.

Hi @vaughne40770332,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. In addition to @marliton & @Mike_Gondek suggestion, you may try uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using this uninstaller and let us know how it goes.

Kindly update the discussion if you still need assistance with it. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshul Saini
