Having trouble accessing Ai features on Mac Mini

my computer does not show how to get to the ai tool, or to make images, but i can find the recolor tool. can anyone help?

Do you mean Text-to-Vector Graphic?

Can you see the panel under Window > Text to Vector Graphic?

What exact Illustrator version are you using?

never mind, i figured this out, it was because i was using 2023, not 2024.
