Having trouble opening cloud files

Hello!

I'm having trouble opening SOME files on my Illustrator.

The wierd thing is that it only happens with some files and sometimes, It doesn't happen on my Photoshop cloud files only in Illustrator... 

The solution that I have for this is that I need to download them directly from the browser My Cloud.. Which is a pain because instead of having them all in the cloud, I have them twice, which kinda defeats the whole propuse of using cloud. 

Any one knows how to fix this?

Apolgoies for the delayed response. Do you still have such issues? If yes, then please make sure you have the updated version of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Illustrator.
