PNG is a raster format, changing the color should be best done in an image editor like Photoshop.

Depending on what the image looks like you could select it (there are various selection tools and it is hard to tell you which one to use without knowing your ability in Photoshop or what the image looks like) and then use an adjustment layer to change the color.

Thank you for answering me I finally succeeded I selected the icon with the quick selection tool on Photoshop then I made a fill layer on the layer and I changed the color and then merged all the layers together ☺️
