HELP - Having trouble creating a fancy text box

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help, I'm looking to create a nice fancy text box, but I'm really new to Adobe Illustrator.

Something like the image below is what I'm looking to create.

Any hints or tips would be much appreciated.

Draw a wavy line, mirror it horizontally, mirror it vertically and then scale it a little and then mirror the whole thing again a few times.

You will need the pen tool for this.
