Help! I Can't Change My Shadow Color

Hey Community,

I am hoping that someone can help. For some reason, when I want to change the color of my shadow and click on the black color box, I get an error ding followed by my computer freezing up. Then I need to hit escape on my keypad to resume functionality.

Below is an image of what happens after I click on the black color box. I can only hit the escape key, which makes me think the color picker is there, but it's not displaying. I have restarted my AI using ctrl+shift+alt, and it still doesn't work. The only other thing I can think to do is uninstall it from my computer and reinstall it. However, I don't want to lose my files in the process.

Can you try it once without Preview enabled? If it works, that way, I'd be inclined to suspect it's a graphics adapter and/or GPU issue.

Hey John,

I just tried your suggestion and it didn't work. What would you suggest if it is a GPU issue?
