Help! Illustrator will not start

I just did the update on Illustrator 2022.  I was using it before the update.  Now when I try to open it, it shows on Task Manager but the window doesn't open.   HELP!!!   I did try to open it in Administrator mode.  That didn't help.   Photoshop and Media Encoder were both updated as well. They work fine.

I uninstalled, cleaned the registry, rebooted then reinstalled.  It fixed the problem.

The blasted thing worked two times andnow it won't start again.  Help!
