Help wanted with: automatically adjust text to text box

I have a template that is changed every time in terms of text. The text boxes are already set up, I just need to adjust the words. However, some words are shorter, so I have to 'stretch' the text boxes each time to fill the template. I am looking for a way that I can just leave the boxes in my template at the same size, and then the text will adjust itself. So with a long word, the font becomes smaller and with a short word the font automatically becomes larger. That the same box always remains filled in the same way.

There is no auto font sizing available in Illustrator or InDesign.

Acrobat has a feature like this when using forms.
