In the image:

1)I am highlighting "I want to highlight this text"

2)I want to leave "but not this" unhilighted as it is.

3)I ALSO want to highlight "I want to highlight this too at the same time" at the same time as 1).

Is this possible?

I have searched for help and plugins to no avail. Thank you for any advice.
