cuando edito un doc illustrator de marioneta para Characterb Animator esta aplicación no lo puede reconectyar.

Aparece un mensaje de ERROR EN LA VERSION 22.5x5.3

Tengo Creative cloud instalado legal. Y los programas estan actualizados por Adobe, supongo.

He probado otras versiones de los programas pero sigue pasando. Al inicio de trabajar no sucedia.

funcionaba razonablemente bien.

Tengo algún bloqueo? ES u e ha borrado un onton de dias de trabjao con 2 marionetas que no reconoce.

Agradeceria cualquier coentario o idea. Saludos.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you to update Illustrator and Character Animator using the Creative Cloud application (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html) as suggested by Marliton and check if it helps.

 

Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.

Gracias,

 SI siempre están actualizados a la última versión, los tengo instalados en la copu pero los abro en Creative Cloud. Ya hice el reajuste de preferencias , veremos si funciona. De todos modos solo ocurre en CH animator y cusndo cambio algo en el archivo original de AI y lo reenlaza . ahi se pierde o simplemente se cuelga cH animator.
