Holding spacebar for panning is not working

I can't seem to pan by holding spacebar anymore. Is anyone having a similar issue or aware of a way to this?

Holding space comes naturally for me and this is becoming bothersome. I noticed the same issue with Ps

Restarted the computer and it worked...
