I used white lines / strokes to separate the sakura leaves from each other, but I want to erase them or make them transparent.

I decrease the opacity of leaves' stroke but I couldn't erase the shapes from leaves.

Do you need to get this as paths, so you can cut it with a plotter?
In that case you have to first outline the strokes and then unite all of those white objects.
Then make a compound path out of the pink objects and then subtract the white ones from the pink ones.

Hey, thanks for the help. It worked for the white ones, I united them. But when I make a compound path of the pink objects this happen. Just top side. Why is this happening?

That is because I had a false assumption about your artwork 🙂
OK, so then undo that compound path. And then use Outline stroke on those objects as well.
Then select all (also the white objects) and click on "Merge" in the Pathfinder panel. (bottom row)
Afterwards you ungroup the result, then you can select all the pink objects, put them somewhere else and then delete all the other fluff.
