How can I SELECT multiple artboards in Adobe Illustrator with action or with script?

Hello guys,
I have like 20 files each file have 4 artboards, So I want to duplicate the ArtB(3) and ArtB(4) so I find a script to duplicate the artboards, but I need a script to select the artboards that i need to duplicate, So can you help me pleas.
