How do I anchor my toolbars and artboards to the panel?

Good morning. I have done something to detach my toolbars and artboards from the panel and it is driving me mad. Can someone please look at my screenshot and assist me with getting everything back in one neat little box? I have searched all over the net and cannot find anything. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
