How do I make a text box write the current artboard number?

Basically, what I'm looking for is an automatic page numbering system. On our drawings templates we have the text 'Page x of x', and instead of changing them manually I would like to have the text box write out the number of the current artboard and then the total number of artboards (ex. Page 1 of 7 through to Page 7 of 7)

Attached is what our template currently shows when I have to manually update it.

There is a script that CarlosCanto wrote for this - I think it is still compatible with current verions of AI
