how do I offset the path of a blended image?

the goal is to replecate the image below. i thinks its been offset, blended then offest again. i can offset then blend the text but when i offset it the second time it offests the font and back layers of the blend. How do i get illustraited to treat my blended object as one object/layer? the combining opetions arnt avalible when i select the obect and it wont let me group the object/objects. any help is apreciated

It hasn'e been blended, because the result would be a mess.

You just need a duplicate of those shapes and then draw some angled lines to connect them.
