how do i re-install Illustrator beta, just updated now i have error

the error says

this is on launch. and i have never had a problem before. I also have an issue with my photoshop beta getting stuck while using and the only way to get it going is by restarting windows explorer. i use WIN11

Would you mind elaborating on the issue you're experiencing with Photoshop? It would be helpful if you could share your workflow in Photoshop and also share some info about the tech specs of the computer you're working on. You can also go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System info, and copy the text. You can either paste the info in a reply here or paste it in a text file and share it as an attachment.
