How do I synchronise my colour management on illustrator, AI?

ive had this message pop up telling me the colours are not synced how do i sink all colours?

Custom is fine as long as you know what you are doing.

It is good that you have the warnings for missing and mismatched profiles turned on.

I would change the Color Management Policies for RGB to Preserve Embedded Profiles and for CMYK to Preserve Numbers (to avoid the conversion of 100% black).

There is a Save... option at the top so you can always choose it in other apps.

Yours was set to convert.

Yes the default is Preserve. What could be added is turning on the warnings for missing and mismatched profiles so you are warned when things could go wrong.

The best way to syncronize color settings across apps is by using Bridge.

Go to Edit->Color Settings and choose a profle.

That is correct and if you have saved your color setting, you can choose it in Bridge and sync all apps.
