I want to create a company wide email signature that I would be able to autofill, then export with a data set.  Each one would be exported as an unque document. Would someone be able to link me to a tutorial or let me know how to do this?

You could check out variables, the Variable Importer script and then actions and a batch operation.

But if you also have InDesign, then maybe Data Merge would be easier to handle.
