How to Find Royal, Regal, and/or Aristocratic Fonts?

How does one find fonts with this character? Typing in the terms doesn't help.

--Also, can anyone name the font in the attached photo?

What is aristocratic about it?

The P looks like Palatino, but the font iself is not. So you might want to look for fonts similar to Palatino. Some search tools allow that. Did you already try Illustrator's Retype feature?
