I have a SVG map that is interactive. It has a rollover state and when you click the map it jumps down to the section pertaining to it on the page. Two of the bulleted text items in the map needed to be removed. After doing this (first I only turned off the visibility for the 2 text layers, did not work. then I deleted both layers, still did not work) the map no longer was interactive. Is there a way to fix this without having to recode the file? And the site this is used on does not allow js. Thanks in advance.
