How to get a calligraphy brush stroke like this:

If I use the same settings, I just can't get the ends of my brush stroke to be as sharp as this.

No matter what settings I use in my wacom CP. Pressure sensitvity works perfect, it's just the ends of my lines are more rounded. His are super sharp/pointed. He explains his settings in the video but for some reason I cannot get this result.
