How to have a CJK function with English UI in Illustrator?

Does anyone know how to install the CJK function with English UI in Illustrator?

I know InDesign is better for the composited font and Adobe expert, Dr. Ken, releases several good tips for this situation. However, after I upgraded to Illustrator 2023, it doesn't work anymore. I used to follow these nine steps for Illustrator as well, but it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know how to do this?

Much appreciated

After I try three days...I just figure out that if you install an English version, all you have to do is:
preference > type > click the "show East Asain Options."

Boom!

The composited font appears!
