How To Make Numbers Look Like Lane Numbers Laying On A Running Track

Hi everyone.  I'm trying to find an easier way of getting numbers to look like they are the lane numbers on a running track and laying down at the correct angles.  I've been playing with the shear tool and the extrude tool and can't quite get them to look correct.  Imagine you are looking straight down a running track and each lane number has a different perspective.  I'm trying to replicate this look.  Can anyone help me with this?  Thanks.
