My computer crashed while working in Adobe Illustrator. When I reopened Illustrator, I had a black screen and was unable to save my work. I quit and reopened the app but the recovery file did not open. Autosave is set up for every 2 minutes and I can see the autosaved version .aid but I can't get it to open. I've tried converting file to .ai, pdf, and eps.  When I try to open it in Acrobat I get the error "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'f54ee7a9-c886-4fcf-99a6-1bf792f7ed9c.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)." Thanks for any help on this.

Hello @natalier32900698,

I am sorry to hear about that. Would you mind sharing a link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., so we can check it on our end? Although we cannot guarantee a successful recovery, we will try our best to do so.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
