How to place 4 artboards into 1 (scale and place 4 artboards to fit in 1 artboard of the same size)

I need to place 4 artboards (size 8,625 in x 11,25 in) into 1 artboard of the same size, placing each of then 2 + 2 in this artboard.

Is there a sort of "automatic" way (a plugin / script??)  to scale proportionaly the 4 artboards to be 1/4 of its original size and place them to be in perfect order (2 above + 2 below) in the final artboard (size 8,625 in x 11,25 in)?

I'd tried to scale them to 25% of its size, but it's too small.

I know that I want that each of the artboards to occupy a 1/4 of the final artboard, but it does not seams to correspond to the 25% of its scale.

Also, the "automatic position" method is critical too: I have to process a lot of artboards this way (fit 4 into 1), so, I would like to know "the more automatic, the better" way to do this.

Thanks!

Alexander Ladygin has scripts for scaling artboards with content: https://github.com/alexander-ladygin/illustrator-scripts

Those scripts looks very interesting, but none of them seems to be useful to do what I want to do
