How to send "error unknown" files to adobe from my adobe illustrator art?

Once again I started working on a new illustration in Illustrator. I am using the same ai generated art from the same source, not adobe stock. I hardly got into it and I was making brushes when I got an unknown error. I first brought the ai generated art into photoshop and saved it as a .jpg. I need to understand what is going on as I have used adobe illustrator many years and never had this issue until I brought ai generated art into illustrator as inspiration. Also, yesterday I was going to open up a new file and without anything done in Illustrator, "unknow error" was happening without any art in it.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Please tell us details.

You were trying to make an Illustrator brush from generated images?

Please be as precise as even possible.

Just alluding that Adobe is gatekeeping won't get you anywhere.

I was not making brushes from any source other than the usual way in
illustrator. I have been using this ai generated art from an app called
Wonder. I like the images and the short amount of time they generate text
to image. I tried Firefox and I don't like the results. Since I started
using this Wonder app, as a reference, I have continually gotten an unknown
error while trying to create my art. I have used Illustrator for at least
10 years. I have never had any issues at all. I don't think this is just a
coincidence. I have brought photos, etc into Illustrator and never had
issues. I believe the problem lies with the Wonder app. I bring the Wonder
art into photoshop first, change it to a .jpg and reduce the size. I've
tried pdf. I've tried png. Nothing works. The reason why I brought up
making brushes was because I was going through a familiar exercise and the
unknow error popped up. I have a subscription, pay monthly. I don't know if
I should stop my subscription and maybe resubscribe? I don't know. I'm just
an artist, not a technical person. I have made many mandalas prior, some
complicated. No ai elements involved. No problem. It has to be this Wonder
app.

Maybe they are still wondering how to save decent files.

Have you asked them?

What kind of file format can you export from that app? Can you share one of those images?

Hi @birdbrain55,

Thank you for providing more details about the issue you're experiencing with Adobe Illustrator. It sounds frustrating to encounter unknown errors, especially when working on your illustrations.

Since you suspect that the problem may be related to the art generated from the Wonder app, it would be helpful to investigate further. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you're encountering in Illustrator? Additionally, if possible, could you upload the Illustrator file and one of the images generated by the Wonder app to a file-sharing service like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the download link here? This will allow us to examine the file and better understand the issue.

We're here to assist you further, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or additional information.

Best regards,

Anshul Saini
